關於換貨退貨退款

台灣訂單

  • 如果您所訂購的商品本身有瑕疵,您可以要求全額退費。
  • 您可以依消費者保護法第十九條第一項之規定,行使相關權利。
  • 您了解並同意,基於衛生與傳染病防治考量,如非產品本身問題,多數寵物用品使用後不做退換服務。
  • 關於退貨退款方式及條件,依購物須知之記載定之。
  • 您瞭解並同意,若因您要求退貨或換貨、或因HEYDAY無法接受您全部或部分之訂單、或契約因故解除或失其效力,而需為您辦理退款事宜時,HEYDAY得代您處理發票或折讓單等相關法令所要求之單據。
  • 若有任何產品相關疑問,可主動發送電子郵件至[email protected]或私訊HEYDAY社群媒體,我們將竭誠盡力為您排除疑問與相關貨品問題。

港澳訂單

  • 基於衛生與傳染病防治考量, 如非產品本身瑕疵,已出售的產品不設退款或退換。
  • 如發現貨品有任何損毀,請於3天內致電 +852 6168 9860 通知HEYDAY顧客服務專員, HEYDAY貨品在原有包裝的情況下HEYDAY可安排更換貨品,請保留有關收據以作換貨用途。
  • HEYDAY保留修訂有關條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議,將以HEYDAY最終決定為準。
  • 如對於網上下單或運輸有任何問題,請致電+852 6168 9860 或發送電郵至[email protected] 與我們的客戶服務部門聯絡。(服務時間: 星期一至星期五10:00am to 6:00pm, 公眾假期除外)

Refund Policy (HK&Macau)

  • Due to the consideration of sanitation and infectious disease prevention, if the product itself is not defective, items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that the customer informs HEYDAY at +852 6168 9860  within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. The receipt of merchandise will serve as a proof of purchase.
  • HEYDAY reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong.

第三方權利


任何人士如非本協議的一方,沒有權利按照《合約(第三者權利)條例》強制執行本協議的任何條款及細則,及/或條款及細則下的交易或利益。


不可抗力


本公司倘若由於不可抗力的原因(包括由於天災、火災、水災、意外、暴亂、戰爭、政府政策、禁運、罷工、傳染病(如新冠狀病毒等)或任何本公司不能控制的情況)而未能向閣下提供服務或未能履行本公司在本網站下的責任,本公司在該等妨礙的範圍内無須就此承擔任何責任。


Force Majeure

If the company fails due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, infectious diseases (such as new coronavirus, etc.) or any circumstances beyond the control of the company) The company shall not be liable for any failure to provide services to you or fail to perform the company’s responsibilities under this website to the extent of such hindrance.
